With trends consistently moving towards the customer's preference to make purchases online and via mobile device, it is becoming more and more clear that the customer will make purchases based on when it is convenient for them. Building supply retailers and manufacturers need to ask themselves this question: If you currently are not offering your products online, if one of your contractors/customers is ready to make a purchase at 10pm on a Tuesday, where do you think they are ordering their supplies?
